Roof Restoration and Roof Wash Bundle

After the long summer, your roof deserves some TLC.

15% Bundle valid until December 31, 2023. Service can be scheduled up to February 1, 2024.

Roof Restoration Scope:

Apply Roof Tile Adhesive to seal and repair all cracked and chipped roofing tiles (crack must be less than 3" in length).

Tile with chips and cracks larger than 3" must be replaced and installed with Foam adhesive. *

Re-attach slid, moved, or lifted tiles with Foam Adhesive.

Supply and apply sealant to roof penetrations, vents, pipes, etc.

*If tiles are compromised, HO to provide additional tiles. If no tile is available, we will match the profile only. Color differences may occur.

Soft Wash to be performed before Roof Restoration. Soft Wash is a chemical wash. Landscape to be protected as much as possible but chemical reactions may occur.
